♡Buying a commission from me results in your full consent and approval of all my terms of services in their entirety.♡I own all rights to all art I create for you, unless you buy an OC or we discuss a commercial contract. Example: You cannot commission me a design, then print it on a T-Shirt to sell without my approval. Personal items for yourself or gifts for others that you don't profit from is fine! I do not own your OC of course, just the art we have created for non commercial purposes.♡My completion rate for commissions can vary from 1 hour-5+months, it will all depend on how complicated your commission is. I usually don't take more than 10 commissions in a batch, so unless you are getting a HUGE CRAZY commission, it most likely won't take more than a month.♡If I do take a large commission, I usually won't take on any additional large commissions. I may only do sketch streams/sketches until the large one is finished, so I can dedicate more time to it.♡ I reserve the right to decline any request I deem unreasonable.♡ Keep all communication professional, if you sexually harass me in DM's I will NOT refund you, and will NOT complete your commission. ABSOLUTELY NO DICK PICS IN MY DMS. You will be paying for my emotional damages.♡Commissions over $250+ can be paid in multiple installments. Or if you are on a budget and need a payment plan on a smaller amount, just talk to me about it! We may be able to work something out. You will receive your commission completed when the full amount is paid. I may start on it, but won't finish until you have paid in full.♡NO DEADLINES FOR COMPLETION on personal use commissions, unless discussed beforehand. Deadlines for commercial use must be typed in a legally binding contract.♡Feel free to DM me about your commission for updates at anytime! Even though there are no deadlines, I will still give you a frame of time I MAY have it complete by. If you NEED something done by a certain time EXAMPLE: A time sensitive gift. We can discuss a faster completion rate.♡No refunds if a commission has gone past the lineart phase.♡I will cancel your invoice if you go MIA for over 72 hours without payment. You will also lose your slot in my queue.♡If you become rude or distasteful in our interactions I may or may not cancel your request.♡I will allow reasonable edit requests. I must have all details, no matter how big or small to be discussed in the initial commission request. Example: If you suddenly want a whole different pose after I complete lineart, I reserve the right to decline. Example of small request: Color edit on skin/hair/eyes etc., small repaint of an area etc. Again though, I will decline if it's a ridiculous request.♡ALL EXTRAS ADDED DURING COMMISSION PROCESS WILL COST EXTRA. If you want to add an alt outfit, ALT expression, ALT genitals etc. this may or may not be possible depending on what the base commission looks like. Be reasonable. I reserve the right to decline if unreasonable.♡ I will NOT start on your commission until I receive the min amount of money discussed in your payment plan, or if the full price of the commission, if under $250, isn't paid in full.♡ALL COMMISSIONS UNDER $250 MUST BE PAID BEFORE I BEGIN THE ROUGH SKETCH. (If you need to do a payment plan on a commission under $250, we can discuss a plan.)♡PFP of my art is fine, but do NOT use someone else's commission as your PFP.♡NO RPING AS MY OCS EVER! ! ! OR ANY ART THATS BEEN COMMISSIONED BY ME, UNLESS YOU ARE THE COMMISSIONER AND YOU OWN THE OCS OR HAVE PERMISSION FROM SAID OC OWNER.♡You may resell adopts you buy from me!♡I WILL NOT draw other peoples oc's without their permission. You must give solid proof they have allowed this action, or give me their contact to discuss it with them. If you do not own the OC, get permission before you do anything with them.♡If you request a priv commission for personal reasons, you will still be charged 60%. I will not post your commission with the private upcharge added.♡If you do NOT request a priv commission I reserve the right to post, share, promote and use said art as examples of my work in my own portfolio.♡If you request something taboo I don't feel comfortable posting, but am fine with drawing, I WILL charge you the priv com +60% base for sure, but If it's a MORE freaky fetish that I really DON'T want to draw at all but am willing to draw, I may charge more 100%-500%+++such as: SCAT, FARTS, extreme inflation, piss, puke, VORE etc. All this is my personal preference on what I am willing to draw and what I'm not.
